- Course Info: The course will give you River views in the water, on the bluffs, and directly over the river. It's been a great course for 1st time triathletes and spectators!
- ¼ mile swim: Open water with beach start
- 12 mile bike: scenic out and back, one larger hill then rolling country
- 5K run: flat, fast out and back run over the Missouri River (Old 16 Bridge)

- Our race offers Champion Chip timing, medals for all 1st time individual triathletes, racing caps for all registered participants, cash prizes for overall men’s, women’s, and team winners, medals for 1st through 3rd in each age grouping, and many door prizes!
- Many other events and attractions are available in the Chamberlain-Oacoma area including the Old Wst Trading Post, boat/jet ski rentals at Cedar Shore, Akta Lakota Museum, I-90 Interpretive Center, Roam Free Park, SD Hall of Fame, and great fishing, hiking, shopping, and dining.

(Chamberlain is in southern South Dakota on the Lewis and
Clark Trail, 86 miles southeast of Pierre, 140 miles west of Sioux
Falls on Route 90)
COURSE INFORMATION: Beautiful, scenic, and
challenging out and back course
Swim: Open water swim ¼ mile
Bike: Out and back 12 miles
Run: 5k run out and back over the Missouri River.
RULES AND REQUIREMENTS:
No fins, paddles, snorkels or floatation devices are allowed.
Body suits must be sleeveless.
Shoulders must be uncovered for race numbers.
Swim caps must be worn.
Helmets are required while riding the bike.
Participants may walk the bicycle at any time and must follow traffic laws at all times.
No drafting of another bicycle or any other vehicle is allowed.
Running, walking, or crawling is allowed on the run portion of the race.
Race numbers must be displayed at all times
