    Directions To Race: 70 Forest Ave, Portland, Maine. From 295 take the forest ave south exit. Follow Forest Ave for less than a mile, the Ymca will be on your right. Park in the Gateway Garage (on the corner of Cumberland and Forest) or on the street. Inside the YMCA, meet at the Wellness office.

    Location: Brewer Lake Public Landing Orrington Maine
    Course Info: The swim will be an out and back 1/2 mile swim at the Brewer Lake public boat landing. Next, a challenging 12 mile bike ride through Orrington. Expect some challenging hills. The run will be 3.1 miles starting and finishing at Pendleton Track in Brewer. There will be shuttles between the start and the finish.

    Course Info: Competitors have the opportunity to compete as a team or as an individual.
  • Start time is 9:00 a.m. Participants are strongly encouraged to bring someone with them to count laps for the swimming portion of the race.
  • Pool Swim 750 yards: The swim will take place in the UMaine Wallace Pool in the Memorial Gym. The start of the race will vary depending on the division entered. Maximum per heat is 16. Heats are scheduled every 20 minutes.
  • Road Bike 16.1 miles: Bike leg is a road course that circles the Town of Orono.
  • Run 4.5 miles:
    More: This is open to the community and takes place the last week in September.
