Course Info: 3 mile canoe, 5 mile run, 20 mile bike

3 MILE CANOE: West Milton Park. Go upstream approximately 1.5 miles, circle the buoy and return to West Milton Park.

5 MILE RUN: Run out of the park and turn right on the shoulder of State Route 571. Turn right on Iddings Rd until the turnaround point, then back to the park the same way you came.

20 MILE BIKE: Exit West Milton Park, left on 571, right on SR 48, north on 48 to right on Horseshoe Bend Rd., to right on Greenlee, to right on SR 55, to left on Frederick Kessler, veer right on Iddings, right on 571. Repeat for 2nd loop!

Directions To Race: Interstate 75 to West on SR 571, to left into West Milton Park.
