Directions To Race FROM THE SOUTH: I-25 to Alameda Exit #233. Go west about 5 mi up hill into Rio Rancho (Alameda changes to Hwy 528)continue on 528 thru several stoplights past Southern Blvd. Turn left (west)onto High Resort. Defined Fitness is behind Dion's Pizza.
Directions To Race FROM THE NORTH: I-25 exit Bernalillo #242, go west on Hwy 550 about 2 miles to stoplight at 528, turn left(south)go about 5 miles thru several stoplights, up large hill to stoplight at High Resort, turn right. Defined is behind Dions Pizza
More Info: This years 2004 USAT Rocky Mtn. Duathlon Championship is also in the National Grand Prix Duathlon Series & a Southwest Challenge Series race. Profits benefit Tri-Sport Junior Tri-Team & RRHS ROTC. Race entry includes access to the gym for the day including pool & hot tub.

Course Info: 32nd annual Los Alamos Triathlon and it is the oldest, continuously running triathlon in the world. It is a tough, hilly course with a unique format, consisting of a mass bike start in waves with the swim in the middle.
Directions To Race: I-25 North to Santa Fe take the NM285/84 West exit. Head West through Santa Fe to Pojoaque and follow Los Alamos NM502 West exit. In Los Alamos turn right onto Central Avenue and follow to the Larry R. Walkup Aquatic Center.
