    Course Info: (1/2 mi swim, 7 mi mtn bike, 3.1 mi trail road) - Open water swim across State Park Cove,abundance of water patrol for your safety. Mountain bike course is single track, lots of quad-busting climbs with awesome descents. Run is held on both road and Dakota Nature Trail, hilly terrain. Nothing flat here.
    More: Very hilly terrain, be prepared for climbing and lots of fun. Helmets are required on mountain bike course. Midland Hotel in Wilson will be offering rooms at a discounted rate for those participants needing accomodations the evening before the race. Don't miss this opportunity to stay in the newly renovated historical hotel.     Location: Town Country Racquet Club, 3806 Broadway, Great Bend, KS
    Course Info: 1/2 mile pool swim, 18 mile bike ride, majority of which is on the highway, 5K run within the city limits around Vets Lake. Course is relatively flat, only one small hill on the bike ride. Great course for beginners.
    Directions To Race: Town & Country Racquet Club is located directly North across the street from Central Kansas Medical Center (Hospital) and tucked behind Riverbend Assisted Living Center.

    Course Info Long: The Devil's Du Duathlon is one fast course, beginning with a run lap around Kansas Speedway Track. Athletes transition in Pit Row and head out on their bike for a 22-mile course around Kansas Speedway. The 6 mile run goes back out onto the Speedway complex and ends on the track.
    Course Info Sprint: The Devil's Du Duathlon Sprint is a short course version of the Devil's Du Duathlon. It wil begin with a 1.5 mile run around Kansas Speedway Track. Athletes transition in Pit Row and head out on their bike for a 10 mile bike course around Kansas Speedway. The athletes finish with a 1.5 mile run around Kansas Speedway Track.

    Course Info Half: The 2nd Annual Hotter Than Hell Half begins with a 1.2 Mile swim course around Wyandotte County Lake, continuing onto a challenging 56 mile bike course around Wyandotte County, ending with a sprint mile on Kansas Speedway Track. The transition area is in Pit Row, and then its back onto the fast, flat roads for the 13.1 mile run.
    Course Info Sprint: The Speedway Sprint Triathlon begins with a .6 mile swim course around Wyandotte County Lake, continuing onto a 13 mile bike course on the fast new roads of Kansas Speedway. Athletes will transition in Pit Row and then back out around the Speedway for the 4-mile run

    Location: Lake Wilson, Hell Creek State Park, Wheatgrass Area
    Course Info: Transition area will be in the Wheatgrass Area parking lot. Open water swim across State Park Cove, abundance of water patrol for your safety. Bike course is hilly. Long course turns around in Lucas, short course turns around at the Dam. Run is hilly. Long course turns around at Otoe Park pay station, short course turns around at entrance to Hell Creek State Park.
    Directions To Race: Take Hwy 232 north out of the town of Wilson, turn left (west) at the Wilson State Park entrance. Follow this road over the Hell Creek bridge then turn right at the Hell Creek State Park entrance. Follow this road to Wheatgrass Area. Lots of signs you can't get lost.

From Manhattan, take US 24 (Tuttle Creek Blvd) North to the park entrance, about three miles from Manhattan. Once you get to the park, there will be signs directing you to the transition area. (We will be using the same transition area as the Flint Hills Triathlon.)
