Start Time: The first heat begins at 7:30am, subsequent heats are held every 40 minutes.

Course Info: This is an indoor event. The swim consists of 10 laps in our indoor pool, a stationary Stairmaster Bike will be used, and the run is 3 miles around our indoor track.

Course Info: This is a looped run course through the town of Okarche. The bike course is an out and back. Flat and fast course. Low traffic. Almost like a closed course.
Directions To Race: Take I-40W. from OKC to the first El Reno exit. Turn right and follow the Hwy.81 markers to Okarche. Once you are heading into the town you will turn L. on Iowa Str. There will be a sign on the right side of the road "Town Park" with an arrow pointing in the direction. From NW OKC take NW Expressway W. to Okarche. Follow the same directions as above.
Other: This is the first race of the TRI-OKC Series Duathlon. First ever Duathlon race series ever presented in Oklahoma. It is a 4 race series. See website for more details. There will also be more information posted later on www.rgartman.com

Course Info: This is the second event in the inaugural TRI-OKC Duathlon Series (4 events) and will be held at Lazy E Arena. This is a formula 1 race on a challenging course. - (2Mr, 10Mb, 2Mr, 10Mb, 2Mr)

Directions To Race: From I-35, take the I-240 West Exit. Take I-240 West for approximately 5 miles to the May Avenue Exit. Exit on May Avenue and go 1 block South. The College is on the corner of 74th & S. May. Go to the west side of the campus
Location: Means/Clark Park - Weatherford, Oklahoma
Course Info: The start/finish transition is located in Means/Clark Park. The swim is a snake swim in a 50 yard outdoor pool staggered at 15 second intervals. The bike course is an out and back on paved county roads. The run is a loop through residential and Southwestern University areas. Both the run and bike courses have moderate, but challenging hills.

USAT: This is a USA Triathlon sanctioned event. You must have a USA Triathlon license, or purchase a one-day license for $9.00.
Course Info: Lake swim in a lagoon area of Lake Thunderbird. Bike and run are on 100% single-track trails through well-shaded and rolling oak woodlands. Bike course is beginner to intermediate difficulty, challenging to experienced riders but not intimidating to beginners. All female entries successfully completed the inaugural race in 2003. 1000 feet of elevation gain over the length of the bike course.
Directions To Race: From Interstate 35, take State Highway 9 15 miles east to Lake Thunderbird State Park. Look for the Nissan Xterra Points Series sign on the north side of the Highway.

Course Info: The swim is a snake swim in a 25 yard pool ~ The bike is flat and fast with some turns, it takes you half way around Hefner Lake ~ The run is flat and fast, it takes you into Quail Creek neighborhood
