Swim 300 meters, Bike 14 miles, Run 3.1 miles
 
Location: Cain Center, Athens
 
Course Info: 300-meter pool swim in a 25 meter pool, a rolling 14 mile bike ride, with a casual 5-k run through the park.
 
  • Chip Timing with Splits
  • USAT Sanctioned Event
  • No race day registration.
     
    Directions To Race From Dallas:: Take I 20/635 to 175 East (C.F. Hawn Frwy). Proceed on 175 about 70 miles until you reach Hwy 31 (1st signal light in Athens) Turn left, proceed to Hyw 19 (Taco Bell) Turn Rt, go through the fourth signal light, turn left into the Cain Center (1/2 block). Parking is at a premium.

  • The race will begin at the Cain Center - The Cain Center sits nestled in the heart of the beautiful, 85-acre Cain Park, surrounded by tennis courts, fishing ponds and a walking-jogging trail. In 1983, the Cain Foundation built and donated this unique facility to the people of Henderson County.
