Course Info: The Sprint Triathlon begins and ends at the Southern Branch YMCA.

Swim 500 Yards: The heats of swimmers will be seeded from slowest to fastest. We hope to be able to have each heat sent off every 20 minutes or sooner. No wetsuits allowed. The swim takes place in our 8 lane 25 yard indoor swimming pool. Water temp is 83 degrees. Each competitor will share a lane and swim side by side. Please help us by providing your own swim lap counter.

Bike 12.5 Miles: The bike transition area will be directly outside the pool area. The bike course is a 6.25 mile loop (you will do this twice) that has you on main roads and riding through residential neighborhoods. The bike portion ends up back at the Southern Branch YMCA. No drafting allowed on the bike portion.

Run 3 Miles: The run is through the adjacent retirement community and a local residential neighborhood ending up back at the Southern Branch YMCA.

Awards: Awards presented as soon as they can be tabulated - (please be patient).

Directions To Race:
From the south, take I-83 north cross into Pennsylvania and take the Exit 4 (Shrewsbury). Keep left off the exit and turn left onto PA-851. Go through three traffic lights and turn left onto S. Main St. At the first stop traffic light, turn right onto Constitution Ave. The YMCA is about 500 yards down the road on your left.
