"Pedal, Splash, and Dash" CRPR Youth Triathlon
Held on Saturday, August 14, 2004
In State College, Pennsylvania

• Ages 12-14: 200 meter swim, 4 mile bike, 1 mile run   
• Ages 9-11: 100 meter swim, 2 mile bike, 1/2 mile run
• Ages 6-8: 50 meter swim, 1 mile bike, 1/4 mile run

    Swimming took place at Welch Pool; the bike portion used the bike path from Welch Pool to Blue Course Drive; the run was held on the SCAHS track. The registration fee was $5 in advance or $6 on-site (day of race). Participants were equipped with appropriate swim wear, their own bicycle and helmet, and running shoes or sneakers. Parents/guardians were present to assist their children with event transitions.
