Course Info: 1/4 mile swim, 11 mile bike, 5K run
Lap swim.
Bike course is a hilly course on country roads.
Run takes place through downtown New Brighton.

Directions To Race: New Brighton is in western Pennsylvania, 35 miles northwest of Pittsburgh
From route 65; turn East onto 13th St. (Subway is on opposite corner).
Proceed through two stop signs to the top of a windy hill. The Pulaski Fire Department will be on your left (before you reach the traffic light.).
Turn left at the Fire Department. At the stop sign, turn left. At the next stop sign, turn left again. (You will pass the New Brighton Track on your right and baseball fields on your left.)
Turn right into the New Brighton Area School District complex. Sunrise Pool is located here.
