Swimming caps will be provided & must be worn.   Directions To Race: From Butler and East: Follow U.S. Route 422 West to "north Shore-Moraine State Park" exit. (The sign is brown and it's at the exit; there is no previous warning). Follow park road to North Shore (Lakeview) swimming area. From I-79 and West: Follow U.S. Route 422 East (Butler/New Castle exit) to the Moraine State Park exit. (This is actually the South Shore exit, but the signs for east bound exit just read "Moraine State Park".) Turn left at the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp, and get back on U.S. Route 422 heading West. Follow U.S. Route 422 West to "North Shore-Moraine State Park" exit. (The sign is brown and it's at the exit; there is no previous warning). Check-in from 6:30 am until 7:30 am
Race starts @ 7:45 am SHARP!!

Requirements:
> No one under the age of 16 may enter the race.
> Entrants must supply their own bike & helmet.
> Bike helmets are required... NO EXCEPTIONS!!
> No times will be recorded after 2:45 pm.
> Swimming caps will be provided. They must be worn... NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Transitions:
Each phase of the race will be completed at the same location.
90% of the swim portion will take place in lake water deeper than 6 feet.

Awards:
Top 3 overall male & female finishers in each age group will receive a medal:
16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 & over.

Medals will also be awarded to the first place teams in each Division.
Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 overall male & female finishers
& the top male & female YMCA Members.

Notes:
There are multiple heats to be assigned by age & gender. You must declare an
anticipated finish time or provide your time from 2006(PR). All applicants without
declared times will be placed according to age & gender. Time separations for heats will not
be determined until all entries have been received.

Entries received after June 19, 2007 will be placed in the final heat.

Miscellaneous:
 - Clock display at each transition.
 - Results will be compiled with segment times calculated.
 - Finish line services provided by The Runner’s High.
 - Expect 2-3 weeks for final results to be mailed to you.

Directions to Moraine State Park:
From Butler and East:
 Follow U.S. Route 422 West to “North Shore - Moraine State Park” exit.
 (The sign is brown and it’s at the exit; there is no previous warning).
 Follow park road to North Shore (Lakeview) swimming area.

From I-79 and West:
 Follow U.S. Route 422 East (Butler/New Castle exit) to the Moraine State Park exit.
 (This is actually the South Shore exit, but the signs for east bound exit just read
 “Moraine State Park”.) Turn left at the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp, and
 get back on U.S. Route 422 heading West. Refer to above directions.
 (This is a nuisance, but it’s the easiest legal way to get to the North Shore exit
 from points west of Moraine State Park; there’s no North Shore exit from the
 Eastbound lane of Route 422).
