    Course Info: At beautiful Goose Creek State Park
  • The kayak is out and back in the Pamlico River
  • The bike is out and back on backcountry roads
  • The run is half trail, half paved and all scenic. beauty.

  • From I95 take US 264 East through Washington. Once past Washington, stay on 264 East for 10 miles. Turn Right onto Camp Leach Road, travel 2.3 miles to the park entrance.
