275 yard sim in Lake Jeanette pool
12 mile bike out Lake Brandt road, 2 miles down Plainfield (a bit bumpy) and then back down Church st
5k run through beautiful Northern Shores neighborhood.
Kids race begins at noon in same directions but much shorter.
Must be 5 years old to participate in kids tri.

More: Race to benefit Foster Friends of North Carolina, a non profit designed to help children in Foster care be able to experience things like being a part of a team, playing an instrument and going to camp.

Directions To Race: From RDU take I40 toward Greensboro, take hwy 70 exit just past Rock Creek Dairy rd, turn right onto hwy 70, hwy 70 turns into Wendover (about 8-10 miles), Watch for Church street, take next exit to Elm st (this is tricky) turn right and then left and then right onto Elm, Elm becomes Bass Chapel, Lake Jeanette Swim and tennis on right about 5 miles down Elm/Bass Chapel. Kids parking is close, Adults park at the church down the street on the left.
