Swim 500 yards in an out door 6 lane 25 yard pool.

Bike 15 miles on an out and back course. Helmets Required.

Run 3 miles over rolling hills through Plattsmouth's historical downtown.

Male: 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-59, 60+

Female: 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-59, 60+

Awards:

Trophy Overall Male & Female.

Medals Top 3 finishers in each age Division.

Team Medals Top 3 teams.

7:45AM: MANDATORY Pre-race meeting and final instructions 
                  for all individuals and team members.
