Canoe/Kayak: 2.5 mile loop starting at Lake Lodge Beach on Lake Winona.
Bike: 14 miles beginning at Lake Winona, & ending on the St. Marys campus.
Run: 3.1 miles through the bluffs around St Marys campus. Unpaved and hilly.
