2008 HEART & SOUL TRIATHLON RESULTS


The 2008 Heart & SOUL Row, Ride & Run Triathlon took place on Saturday, April 26.

Due to inclement weather, the "Row" (canoe/kayak) portion of this year's triathlon was canceled. 

Bike Course: 
14 miles beginning at Lake Winona, following Highways 61 and 43 to Gilmore Valley Road and ending on Saint Mary’s campus. 

Run Course:
3.1 miles through the bluffs surrounding Saint Mary’s University campus
