Olympic ::: Swim 1500 meters, Bike 26 miles, Run 6.2 miles

Sprint ::: Swim 1/3 mile, Bike 14 miles, Run 4 miles

Course Info:

Both races have a challenging swim in the beautiful Merrimack River

The bike is mostly flat.

The run is very flat run.

Great beginner race.

 

Directions To Race:

From The South: take Rt. 3 N. to exit 32. Take Drum Hill Rd for 1 1/4 mi. Go over Rourke Bridge, turn right onto Rt. 113. venue is 1mi. on right.

From The North: take Rt. 3 S. to exit 32. Go 1/2 way around rotary to Drum Hill Rd. Follow Drum Hill Rd. for 1 1/4 mi. Go over the Rourke Bridge, turn rt. onto Rt. 113. Venue is 1 mi. on right.
