Swim 400 meters, Bike 11 miles, Run 3 miles

Location: University of Louisiana at Monroe Natatorium

 

Course Info: Sprint Triathlon

Swim: Indoor 400 meter staggered start swim; swim starts to be based on estimated time of swim

Bike: Very fast and flat 11 mile course, sure to produce early season PR's and a great test of your current fitness

Run: Circle course around the University of Louisiana at Monroe. This 3 mile course is flat and fast, crossing over Bayou Desiard 2 times for a breath-taking view of campus.

Awards, food and fun will occur in "The Grove". Great registration bag!

 

Directions To Race: I-20 to Monroe, LA; US 165 to Desiard Street (ULM exit), 3rd red light take a left on Stadium Drive towards the football stadium. Natatorium on left overlooking the bayou. Parking in lots surrounding the swimming facility.
