Course Info: Sprint Triathlon
  • ¼ mile swim on Lake Providence, across from Lakeview Inn & Suites
  • 18 mile bike ride through scenic country highways back to the Lakeview Inn
  • 5k run out and back on public roads returning to the Finish Line at the La State Cotton Museum.
     
    More Info: 24th Annual event.
  • This event is sponsored by the Lake Providence Junior Auxiliary and is a major fund raiser for the chapter. It assists in funding the many service projects for the betterment of the children of East Carroll Parish.
     
    Directions:
  • From Vicksburg/Jackson area take I-20 West to the Tallulah/Vidalia exit. Take US Hwy 65 North to Lake Providence (approx 30 mi north).
  • From Shreveport/Monroe area take I-20 East to the Tallulah/Vidalia exit. Then turn onto US Hwy 65 North. Lake Providence is 30 north of Tallulah.
