Course Info: 5-mile run and 15-mile bike; Residential streets & rural roads. • 3 moderate hills, traffic control, split times, water/aid stations.

Directions To Race: From Poplar St. Bridge take US 40 East 30 miles to Highland. (Do not stay on I-64 in Illinois). In Highland, at first 4-way stop (with flashing light) turn right on to Poplar St. Then 1 1/2 miles on Poplar to Lindenthal. Left on Lindenthal to Lindendale Park
