Course Info: This is a great race for folks of all skill and fitness levels from first time multi-sport racers to the elite. The run course is a 1.5 mile out and back scenic run, which is flat in the beginning and progresses into rolling hills. The 17 mile balloon shaped bike route has it all; flat straight sections, downhill cruises, rolling hills and a few lung busting climbs.

Course Info: Sprint and Olympic Distance Triathlons

Swim: Both races will take place in a crystal clear quarry and wet suits will be allowed. The Olympic distance race will be two loops with the swimmers exiting the water, crossing over a timing mat, and re-entering the water between the two loops

Bike: The sprint distance bike will be an out and back 11 mile race over hilly terrain. The Olympic distance bike will include two loops in a very hilly and challenging terrain. Much of the bike course will utilize portions of the Ironman Wisconsin course as well as the old USCF WI State Road Championship course.

Run: The Sprint run will be one loop with an out and back section over a slightly rolling terrain. The Olympic distance 10K will be three loops over a slightly rolling terrain.

The Sprint distance race is the Badger States Games Championship Race that welcomes competitors from any state. Age Group awards will be rpesented at the post-race Awards Ceremony.

The Olympic Distance race is the Wisconsin Qualifier for the Best of the US National Series. One male & one female representative from all 50 states--having earned the right to compete by winning their state's Qualifier race--will congregate on the scenic southern shore of Lake Minnetonka in Excelsior, Minnesota on September 16, 2006. Also, Triterium awards will be given to the top three male and female in each age group.

Course Info: This year the swim is being held at the beach. This is an event for everyone! The beginner as well as the experienced!

Point to point swim in Lake Winnebago.

Sprint bike course heads out of the park into quiet neighborhoods and re-enters park into a steep climb and leaves park again to country roads. Long bike is same course but includes breathless beauty of east side of Lake Winnebago.

Run is through a very scenic park area.

Location: 120 W. Wisconsin Avenue, Downtown Pewaukee

Course Info: 1/4 mile swim 15 mile bike 3.1 mile run

Swim: The point-to-point swim will be in Lake Pewaukee located downtown Pewaukee. A buoy line will be available to rest on if needed and will serve as a guide for the finish point, which will have a huge balloon arch. Wetsuits are allowed

Transition #1: The transition area will be on Wisconsin Avenue, which will be closed off for the event and very close to where the swim out is. This is in front of Transition Cycle. ONLY ONE transition and there will be an area to wash off feet.

Bike: The bike course heads out of downtown through quiet neighborhoods that surround the Pewaukee. Then it enters country roads with some hills circling the lake.

Transition #2: Same as #1

Run: The run will continue in the opposite direction where the bike route ends and runs through the residential streets of Pewaukee. It begins by following the Lake Shore and then circles around the high school and winds back down which is a continuous downhill.

Directions: This popular event is located west of Milwaukee on 1-94. Pewaukee Lake on a sandy, clean beach located at the heart of downtown Pewaukee. Easy to find.

Course Info:

Swim: The point-to-point swim will be in Lake Winneconne located in Winneconne. A buoy line will be available to rest on if needed and will serve as a guide for the finish point, which will have a huge balloon arch. Average water temperature is 72 degrees. This is a USAT Sanctioned Event. Participants may wear wet suits in water temperatures up to and including 78 degrees Fahrenheit. When the water temperature is greater than 78 degrees but less than 84 degrees, wet suits are allowed, however, participants wearing them will not be eligible for prizes or awards. Participants shall not wear wet suits in water temperatures equal to or greater than 84 degrees.

Transition: The transition area will be right in Lake Winneconne Park close to the swim exit. ONLY ONE transition and there will be an area to wash off feet.

Bike: The bike course heads out of the park going along the lake at first. It then heads out on Indian Shore Road, following Cty Rd G and continuing onto Cty Rd GG. The last stretch is on Lasley Point Road, then finishing back at Lake Winneconne Park. The sprint course cuts off at Hilltop Road, past Cty Rd GG and back around to Lasley Point Road. A few hills but not really difficult. Roads are well paved and great condition. Marked every 5th mile.

Run: The run goes through residential area. Flat and fast. All miles will be marked.
