- Course Info: The run courses start at RiverScape, quickly cross the river into Deeds Park, and follow the path northward to Island Metropark. After a quick loop through Island, racers return on the path along Riverside, passing the Korean War Veterans Memorial before crossing the bridge and returning to RiverScape. The bike course is an out-and-back along the Great Miami River Trail that turns around at VFW Post 3438 in West Carrollton. The entire course takes place on the various paved recreation paths in and around downtown Dayton and is free of vehicular traffic.

- Starting with a 5K run, participants then will canoe back to Loveland Canoe & Kayak where they will start on a 5K Ride & Tie (2 teammembers, 1 bike). The finishing event is an obstacle course before staggering to the finish line.
