- Location: The Summit Fitness Center - 205 Sunnyview Lane
- Course Info: Beautiful and scenic course with hills on paved streets. Swim portion is done in an indoor swimming pool - This is a fun event that some have described as a “Beginners Triathlon”. This Triathlon consists of a ˝ mile swim in the indoor pool followed by a 20 Kilometer bicycle ride on beautiful rolling hills, followed by a 5 kilometer run on the streets surrounding The Summit. The Duathlon is a new addition to the days events. The Duathlon consists of a 5K run, 20K bike, 5K run. Triathlon is limited to 156 entries. Duathlon has no entry limit.

Glacier Challenge Adventure Race
- Adventure Race - 55 miles
- Start Time: 8:00 am
- Location: Smith Youth Park
- Course Info: 10k run, 8 mile canoe, 26 mile road bike, 8 mile mountain bike, 2.5 mile kayak, 5k run
- Directions To Race: Directions to the Glacier Challenge Adventure Race 2006 Start/Finish: The race begins and ends at the Smith Youth Sports Park in Whitefish. If you are coming to Whitefish from Kalispell on Hwy 93 you can 1) turn right onto Hwy 40, then turn left onto River Lakes Drive (the stones at the entrance say The Lakes) and follow that road to the main entrance of the park; or 2) stay on 93 through the intersection of Hwy 40, then turn right onto JP Road (which is just before Don K Chevrolet). Take the first right after the Par 3 golf course onto River Lakes Parkway. Follow that road until it curves to the right and becomes River Lakes Drive. This will bring you to the main entrance of the park. Turn left and go to the second parking lot. Here you will find the Glacier Challenge headquarters.

- Location: Sign in at Boettcher Park. Swim start is @ Kwataqnuk resort.

- Course Info: Swim begins at the boat ramp on the west side of Kwataqnuk resort, and ends at Boetcher park across the bay. The course is marked with orange buoys, and there will be boats and kayaks for swim support. Wetsuits are allowed, but not required.
- More: There will be a BBQ following the race. Water toys will be set up for children, and there will be 25 and 100 yard kids' swim races after the main event. In addition, there will be kayak demos throughout the day. This is a fun event for the whole family!
- Directions To Race: Take Highway 93 to the Boetcher park turn off on the southwest side of the Polson Municipal Golf Course. The turn off is marked with a sign and is just a couple of hundred yards northeast of the Town Pump convenience store.

Seeley Lake Challenge Triathlon

- Location: Riverpoint Campground
- Course Info: Seeley Lake Triathlon
- Swim 300 yards: The swim will be in Seeley Lake.
- Bike13.3 miles: 8 of the 13 miles on bike will be on a gravel road. The rest of the bicycle route is on broken pavement. Please use appropriate equipment
- Run 3.3 miles: The running portion will be on gravel and some pavement.
- More: The Seeley Lake Challenge is a fundraiser for Families of Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). Families of SMA is a support group for families dealing with the effects of SMA. SMA is a degenerative genetic disease characterized by severe muscle loss. It is the leading genetic killer of children under 2 and has no cure. Please come help us find a cure!

- The next phase will be the 2 mile run along the Clark fork river trail toward the University of Montana.
- The Bike will be three loops around the University of Montana.

- Swim: 1.5 Kilometers - Two counter-clockwise loops with a 50 yard beach sprint in between. Provided swim cap must be worn.
- Bike: 40 Kilometers - Course is rolling with two turn arounds. Helmet Required. Drafters shot on site by motorcycle patrol.
- Run: 10 Kilometers - Mixed roads with a sizable hill. 2 aid stations on course. Race number must be worn on front side.
