- Location: University of Missouri Rec Center
- Course Info: This veteran triathlon (we're heading for the 8th annual) fills at 550 - this year we're moving to a brand new, competition pool with wider lanes (one-way traffic) and great spectating areas. This will allow us to up our capacity to 750. In addition, you will transition on an astroturf field and finish on a track. The bike is moderately hilly (2-loop) and the run sticks primarily to campus and downtown areas (some moderate hills).

- Course Info: We've upped the anty on our traditional Quartermax course - this time it's all women on Saturday and all men on Sunday... we're about to find out Who Tri's Harder (the kids even get a go at it on Saturday afternoon with the MiniMax Aquathon). The swim is beautiful and pristine, in a private lake. The bike includes rolling hills, and the run is contained entirely within the borders of the private Resort (this is a HILLY run - thousands have done it, and you can too, just keep it in mind during training).

- The triathlon will consist of a 300-yard serpentine swim at Alligator's Creek Aquatic Center.
- The bike course will be an 18-mile ride. Helmets required. The bike course will cross railroad tracks three times. Finish times and places will not be adjusted if participants are held up by trains.
- The 5K run will be on the city streets of O'Fallon.
- Directions To Race: Directions to Alligator’s Creek Aquatic Center
- From Hwy 70: Exit Highway at Hwy K&M exit number 217 and go North.
- Hwy M turns into Main St. O’Fallon.
- Stay on Main St. until you cross the train tracks and make a left on Civic Park Dr.
- Follow Civic Park Dr. down the hill and on the right will be Alligator’s Creek.
- There is a viewing deck above the facility.
- From Hwy: 40-61
- Exit Highway at Hwy K and go North. Keep going on Hwy K. for approximately 8 miles (you will go under Hwy. 70).
- Hwy M turns into Main St. O’Fallon.
- Stay on Main St. until you cross the train tracks and make a left on Civic Park Dr.
- Follow Civic Park Dr. down the hill and on the right will be Alligator’s Creek.

- Directions to The Renaud Spirit Center: From St. Louis take Hwy 70 west towards Wentzville.

- Swim ½ mile, Bike 15 miles, Run 4 miles
- Location: Trail of Tears State Park - Lake Boutin
- Course Info: All roads are very good; bike and run are also very scenic especially when moving through the park.
- Lake swim.
- First two miles of bike very hilly through state park next to Mississippi River. After that it flattens out with few rolling hills throughout course.
- Run starts on gradual hill first half-mile then downhill for remaining 3.5 to end next to the river.

Missouri: NEMO Triathlon

- Course Info: Forest Lake located at 1000 Hills State Park is the swim venue. The lake swim conditions are: 78 degrees, with an air temp. of approx. 80 degrees (typical conditions). Forest Lake serves as the primary water supply for Kirksville.
- The preliminary water temp. is taken by the race director the day before the event. The USA Triathlon referee officially checks the water temp. one hour before the race and declares it a wetsuit/no wetsuit race. We officially open the swim beach for warm up at 7:15 am when the lifeguards are on duty.
- Bike: Out and back course, one very steep hill and several other rolling hills, three major turns at intersections and a turnaround all on two lane state and county highways with paved shoulders. Since the course is out and back, wind conditions don't usually effect most of the times.
- Run: Out and back, very steep hill between 1/2 mile and 1.5 mile on the way out, which the athletes come back down on the way back at 3.5 to 4.5 miles. The run course has 25 volunteers along the way, it is entirely in the state park; has many great spots for spectators to observe from with ample parking; six aid stations providing cups of water at the 1/2 mile, 1 mile, 2 mile, 3 mile, 4 mile, and 4.5 mile.

- Location: Innsbrook Resort's Aspen Lake - Innsbrook, MO (just west of St. Louis)
- Course Info:
- Swim: The swim be a loop in crystal clear, private non-motor use Lake Aspen.
- Bike: The bike leaves the resort and heads onto the gently rolling hills of the surrounding community then returns to the resort.
- Run: The run course is indeed challenging, and very fitting for a National Championship. The majority of the run will be heavily shaded with wonderful vistas of several of the resorts lakes.
