- Directions To Race: From I55 follow signs to Oxford on Highway 6, take Coliseum Drive exit towards University of Mississippi campus, take first right onto Hill Drive, Turner Center is brick building directly accross from Vaught-Hemmingway Stadium at intersection of Hill Drive and All American Drive.

Soak up the Sun Triathlon
- Swim 200 yards, Bike 8 miles, Run 2 miles
- Location: Cypress Lake Courthouse Pool
- Course Info: Transition Area is in the Cypress Lake Courthouse parking lot and grounds. Athletes may rack their bikes anywhere in the transition area.
- 200 yard swim in the Cypress Lake Courthouse Pool. Time trial start every ~10 sec based on estimated swim time. No wet suits.
- Bike is an 8 mile loop ride on newly paved roads, easy rolling hills, with some traffic.
- 2 mile run is out and back, 1 water stop, around the back side of the lake.
- Directions To Race: I-55 to Madison exit (HWY 463). Go west to highland colony parkway. Go left at traffic light on highland colony parkway. Turn right into cypress lake neighborhood. Take a right when street deadends at lake. Cypress Lake Courthouse fitness center is on the right just after the turn.

- The swim will be in the Ross Barnett Reservoir
- The bike ride will be an out and back ride on the Natchez Trace.
- The run will be along the reservoir and on our multi-purpose trail.

- Packet pick up on Friday, June 1 from 3:30pm - 7:00 pm at Indian Cycle & Fitness on Pear Orchard.
- Race day packet pick up at race site beginning at 5:30 am.
- Directions To Race:
- From I-55 take the Ridgeland Exit and turn to the east.
- Take a right on HWY 51
- Take a left at the first red light (Rice Road)
- Take a right on Post Road (2nd 3-way stop sign)
- Take the second right into Old Trace Park

Tupelo King of the Hill Triathlon
- Swim ½ mile, Bike 22 miles, Run 3.6 miles
- Start Time: 7:30am
- Location: Tombigbee State Park, Tupelo, MS

- Individuals: $50.00 before June 16, $55.00 from June 16 to July 21, $60.00 July 22 to Aug 2.

- Course Info:
- The swim will be at Tombigbee State Park Lake, which is a beautiful and clean lake with great spectator opportunities. It will be 1/2 mile and will be rectangular in a clockwise direction.
- The challenging 22 mile bike course exits the back of the park for a great mix of terrain and returns back into the front entrance of the park. The bike course has screamin' fast straight sections, slower curvy sections , and some very challenging hills. We didn't name it "King of the Hills" for nothing!! 99% of the bike course is on very smooth asphalt, but does include a short section of chip seal. Elevation Gain (ft) +1,435 / -1,419
- After the challenging ride, the run starts and it's not flat either. The run will take athletes for a 1.8 mile out and back within the park . There is one little hill, which you will get to enjoy on the way out and then again on the way in. The course is mostly shaded, but it is August, so it will still be hot. After all of the compliments about the "firehose man" last year, we will not only have him back again, but another as well. A little more run with twice the pleasure!

- The awards will once again be custom pottery from the talented folks at Midnite Pottery.
- Tombigbee State Park has a camp ground with hook ups, bath house and a laundromat. In addition they also have really cool cabins for rent. reserve yours today...they go fast!
- Directions To Race: From US 78 take US-45 S via exit 86A toward Tupelo. Go 4.4 miles
Take the Eason Blvd. exit.
Turn Left onto Eason Blvd. East 1.7 miles
Turn Right onto Briar Ridge Rd/(hwy 6). Continue to follow hwy 6. For 1.4 miles
Turn Left onto State Park Rd. go 2.5 miles, and Tombigbee State Park will be on your right.

- The run is a 5K out and back.

- Course Info: The triathlon will begin and end on the picturesque Delta state University campus located in the heart of the Mississippi Delta. It is a great triathlon for beginner through intermediate triathletes.
- The race consists of a 500 yard swim in the state of the art DSU Natatorium. No fighting elbows or feet!
- The bike is 18 miles which takes you past the outskirts of town and back again.
- The run starts will begin outside of the Natatorium and take you to and around Bear Pen Park.
- Directions To Race: Once in Cleveland go to the DSU Natatorium.
