- Swim: clockwise triangle from beach out to Hawk Island and back.
- Bike: keyhole loop course on smooth, paved roads through farmland south of Michigan State University.
- Run: beautiful scenic path clockwise around the lake (with a loop on the north through Scott Woods), then double back counter clockwise around the lake only. Great course for beginners and seasoned triathletes wanting a nice warm-up event for the summer season.

- From the East: West 96 to Exit 52 (Lowell). Turn left - go back over freeway about 5 miles to 84th Street. Right to Cherry Valley Road; M-37 or Broadmoor, turn left. Cherry Valley Road forks right south of Caledonia. Take to 90 degree bend, then follow to Briggs Road. Left on Briggs for one mile. Camp will be on the right-hand side.
