- Swim ½ mile, Run 3.1 miles
- Start Time: 8:00 am
- Location: Georgia Avenue & Lewes Beach
- Price: $35.00 individual / $40.00 team / $15.00 walker - A $10.00 Single Day Permit for Non-Members of USAT
- Course Info: The Overfalls Lightship Aquathlon will take place in historic Lewes, Delaware. The race will feature many of Lewes's charming sections.
- The race will begin with a 1/2 mile Delaware Bay swim
- Finish with a 5K run out and back on famous "Cedar Avenue".
- There will also be 5k walk beginning at the start of the race.
- More: Packet Pickup will be on Friday - July 20, 2007 6 - 8 pm at the Overfalls Lightship located on Front Street in Lewes, DE. Participants can receive a free tour of the Overfalls Lightship after picking up their race packets.
- Directions To Race: Travel into the Town of Lewes heading towards the beach. The transition area is located on the beach in the Georgia Avenue parking area.

Sunday, September 02, 2007 :: Rehoboth Beach, Delaware: Rehoboth Main Street Aquathlon
- Swim ½ mile, Run 3.1 miles
- Location: Rehoboth Avenue & Boardwalk
- Course Info: The Rehoboth Main Street Aquathlon will take place in Rehoboth Beach.
- The swim will take place in the Altantic Ocean a 1/2 mile north or south depending on the ocean currents.
- The run portion will travel north up the boardwalk and into beautiful North Shores and will return to Rehoboth Avenue.
- There will also be a 5k walk beginning at the start of the race. (The walk portion of the event will follow the same course as the runners.)
- More: Packet Pickup & Saturday Registration will be at the Rehoboth Beach Patrol Headquarters, located at Baltimore Avenue and the Boardwalk from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. There will also be race day registration from 7:00 am to 7:45 am at the transition area of the race.
- Directions To Race: The transition/race site area will be located directly on Rehoboth Avenue & the Boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach, DE.
- Traveling into Rehoboth Beach, Delaware off of Rt. 1 follow Rehoboth Avenue until it meets the boardwalk. The event will take place directly infront of Rehoboth Avenue.

- Location: Campground at Lums Pond State Park

- Course Info: Flat and smooth pavement for running and biking courses. Race starts and ends inside scenic campground on Lums Pond State Park. Police controlled intersections along the bike route; and State Park Rangers control traffic in the park. Three(3) water/Gatorade aid stations along the running course.
- More: Thanks to the generous sponsorships each participant goody bag will include a water bottle, t-shirt, Hammer gel, e-caps....and much more. 100% of the registration proceeds goes to the Special Olympics Delaware. At the same time you are racing the DU, the Special Olympics Athletes will be at the campground competing in the annual cycling time trials.
