- Location: Georgia Avenue & Lewes Beach
- Course Info: The Overfalls Lightship Aquathlon will take place in historic Lewes,Delaware. The race will feature many of Lewes's charming sections. The course will begin with a 1/2 mile bay swim in the Delaware Bay and finish with a 5 Kilometer run out and back on famous "Cedar Avenue". There will also be a 5 Kilometer walk beginning at the start of the race that will follow the same course as the run.

- Course Info: The Rehoboth Main Street Aquathlon will take place in Rehoboth Beach. The swim will take place in the Altantic Ocean a 1/2 mile north or south depending on the ocean currents. The run portion will travel north up the boardwalk and into beautiful North Shores and will return to Rehoboth Avenue. The walk portion of the event will follow the same course as the runners.

Fox Run DU - benefits Special Olympics Delaware
- Duathlon :: Run 1.5 miles, Bike 17 miles, Run 3.1 miles
- Location: Campground at Lums Pond State Park
- Course Info: Flat and smooth pavement for running and biking courses. Race starts and ends inside scenic campground on Lums Pond State Park. Police controlled intersections along the bike route; and State Park Rangers control traffic in the park. Three(3) water/Gatorade aid stations along the running course.
- More: Thanks to the generous sponsorships each participant goody bag will include a water bottle, t-shirt, Hammer gel, e-caps....and much more. 100% of the registration proceeds goes to the Special Olympics Delaware. At the same time you are racing the DU, the Special Olympics Athletes will be at the campground competing in the annual cycling time trials. - Course Info: Olympic : Swim 1500 m (.9 mile), Bike 36 km (21.7 miles), Run 10 km (6.2 miles)
- Ocean swim with the current, followed by a very flat bike and run, primarily on roads along the ocean (tail winds in some sections, head winds in others).
- More: The Make-A-Wish Triathlon at Sea Colony combines a great race with an important cause, so it’s “not just another day at the beach.” Athletes not only train for a 1.5 K (.9 mile) ocean swim, 36 K (21.7 mile) bike and 10 K (6.2 mile) run, but each triathlete raises at least $300 in donations to support the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Mid-Atlantic, Inc. Nearly 1,000 triathletes participated in last year’s race, raising more than $500,000 used to help fulfill the wishes of more than 50 children from Maryland, Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and Delaware, who are fighting life-threatening medical conditions such as cancer, pediatric AIDS, muscular dystrophy and cystic fibrosis. In return, the Make-A-Wish Triathlon offers triathletes a challenging (but fun) late season race with UnderArmour race shirts, fundraising prizes, and a fully catered post-race picnic.
