- Location: Rancho Seco Park
- Course Info:
- Triathlon Only: The swim will be in Rancho Seco Lake, with a beach start and finish. The water temperature will be around 72 degrees. Wetsuits are allowed. The course will be clockwise course marked with large orange swim buoys. The course will be monitored by safety boaters.
- Duathlon Only: The 3-mile run heads out of the transition area along a grass path to a wide fire road that loops around the lake for 1.5 miles before turning and returning on the same road.
- Both: The 16-mile bike course starts off within the park at Rancho Seco for the first 2 miles and then turns onto highway 104, monitored by CHP officers, for a 5 mile out and back loop. After a left turn back into Rancho Seco Park you finish around the lake and back into transition area.
- Both: The second run is the same as the first duathlon run.
- The finish is back to transition area and the huge welcome of the crowds, announcer and other finishers.
- More: Now you can Run-Bike-Run at the TRI for FUN! For all the non-swimmers, you can now participate in a Duathlon for Fun with our Summer Duathlon Series. The race will begin with a three mile run, then a 16-mile bike, and finally a three mile run again. Race starts at 8 am - mass start.
- There will be a first place overall award for the top male and female individual.

- Olympic Distance ::: Swim 1500 meters, Bike 24.9 miles, Run 6.2 mile
- Start Time: 8 am
- Location: Rancho Seco Park
- Course Info: 1.5K swim, 40K bike, 10K run
- The 1.5 kilometer swim will be in Rancho Seco Lake with a beach start and finish. The course will be clockwise direction and marked with large orange buoys. It will be staffed by lifeguards in safety kayaks.
- The bike course starts off within the park at Rancho Seco for the first 2 miles and then turns onto highway 104, monitored by CHP officers, for a 10 mile out and back loop. After a left turn back into Rancho Seco Park you finish around the lake and back into transition area. The bike course is fairly fast.
- The run heads out of the transition area along a grass path to a wide fire road that loops around the lake for about 2.5 miles before turning onto a wider dirt road and a short section on pavement. The course then returns back towards the lake and onto a .5 mile single track section twisting through the grasslands for a little extra fun. The course comes back onto the loop road around the lake and back to the transition area and finish.

- The swim will be 50 meters along the shoreline for the 7-10 yr old age group, and 150 meters for the 11-14 yr old age group, completely monitored by safety kayakers and lifeguards.
- The bike will be a 4 miles on the roads inside the park at Rancho Seco. The course will be closed to traffic and monitored for safety.
- The run will be 1 mile around sections of the lake on grass and trails. There will be aid stations at the start and half way.

- The 400 yard swim will be in Rancho Seco Lake with a beach start and finish. The course will be clockwise direction and marked with large orange buoys. It will be staffed by lifeguards in safety kayaks.
- The bike course starts off within the park at Rancho Seco for the first 2 miles and then turns onto highway 104, monitored by CHP officers, for a 2 mile out and back loop. After a left turn back into Rancho Seco Park you finish around the lake and back into transition area. The bike course is fairly fast.
- The run heads out of the transition area along a grass path to a wide fire road that loops around the lake for about 1 mile before returning to the transition area and finish.
