- Swim: Indoor swimming pool for all swimming events.
- Bike: Cycling down a main street, turn onto Hwy. 10, continue West to turn around at the top of a hill, return to Community Center
- Run: 3 mile trail run behind the Community Center to end back at the starting point of the race.
- More: The cycling portion of the race is watched over carefully by monitors as well as the local police, sherrif's department and the state highway patrol. Following the event, awards will be given at Sunset Park, directly North of the Community Center. Hot dogs and hamburgers will be offered along with cold drinks. Proceeds will also benefit Lifenets.
- Directions To Race: I-94 at Mandan, take the Sunset Drive exit into town. Follow Sunset Drive straight South. Pass an SCCI Hospital on the right (west), continue past a residential zone. On the right hand side of the road, following the same road, the MCC will be located on the West side (right hand side) of the road. The North exit will be open, the South exit will be blocked for the cycling events.
