- Location: YMCA Upper Montgomery
- Course Info: 400m Swim/ 15K Bike/ 3K Run
- SWIM: 400 meter swim indoors pool with 2-3 participants in each
lane starting every 10-15 seconds.
- BIKE: 15K outdoor bike through Montogmery Village (Loop made twice)
- RUN: 3K outdoor run on Stedwick Rd, loop made twice.
- Non-YMCA members are welcome!!
