  • Run Course #1: This is an out and back course that takes you in front of the Historic St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church, and meanders through residential neighborhoods.
  • Bike Course: This is an out and back course that will take you past Levert-St. John Plantation and sugar mill. You will ride on canopy lined streets with centuries-old moss-draped live oak trees.

  • 1-mile open water swim in Toledo Bend Reservoir (70-75 degree expected water temp, wetsuit legal)
  • 40-mile bike (out & back) on great roads with several steep hills early and late in the route
  • 10-mile run on pavement, dirt roads, and high-line trails. Challenging.
    Directions To Race: Approx. 12 miles west of Many, La. From Hwy 6, take Hwy 191 south 3+miles, turn right at the Cypress Bend sign, continue to Cypress Bend Parkway.

    Course Info: Course is very user and spectator freindly.
  • Bike:. Well marked course, you can't get lost. This Course has had many notable pros ride it in the past. Tomac, Overend, Ricatello, Pigg,... They all love it. 80% single track, 20% double. This thing has it all. Some sections are tight and twisty, others are big chain ring, a couple of knurly little downhill's, climbing, rocks roots and trees.... Man this thing is fun!!!!!
  • Run: Combination of single track and forest road. Several creek crossings, a few obstacles and undulating terrain.
    Directions To Race: From I20 take exit 86 (hwy 33 north) approx 3 miles. Entrance to Lincoln Parish Park will be on your Left. Large Sign prior to access road.

    Lincoln Parish Park is located 3 miles north of Ruston LA just off Hwy 33, Ruston is located 40 miles east of Shreveport LA and 30 miles west of Monroe LA. A short drive from DFW metroplex.

    Swim ½ mile, Bike 20 miles, Run 3.1 miles
    Location: Downtown Riverbank on Front Street
    Course Info: Meat Pie Tri begins with a very spectator friendly 1/2 mile swim in Cane River Lake. Then out of T1 up a short steep incline onto Front Street for a 20 mile out and back ride through NSU's campus and over some light rolling terrain. Rack your bike and head out of T2 up the steps of the Riverbank out for a 5K under the beautiful canopy of oaks along the lake. See you at the Finish Line.
