- Course Info: The 5K run course is a flat out and back within the park grounds on firm surfaces, could be snow! The 6 mile bike course is challenging out and back with some large hills. The 400 yard swim takes place in the parks indoor pool at the Clear Creek Family Activity Center, with the participants swimming a serpentine pattern across the pool.
