All participants are required to wear fastened SNELL or ANSI approved helmets. The 1.3 mile run is a loop through the Southern View Park on a smooth, flat course.

You can expect a festival-like atmosphere with vendors and event sponsors providing free bicycle tuneups, great food, Gatorade, entertainment and product giveaways.

The 2 milers will do two loops. The 5K (3.1 mile) runners will grab their shoes from the designated area and head off to the hills for a very CHALLENGING hilly 5K run. Finish up at the parking lot by the lake.

- Course Info: Lake Harold is a clean, deep lake. 1 mile of the bike course is tightly packed gravel, and the rest is gently rolling hills. The run course is a challenging 2.25 miles that goes around Lake Harold through a pasture. The course is short by sprint standards, but the difficulty of the course more than makes up for the shorter distances.
- Directions To Race: From Elmwood, Go South on Wiley Rd. Turn East (left) on Graham Chapel Road (first stop sign). Turn South (right) on Dog Town Lane (at second stop sign). Lake Harold is about 1/2 mile on the right side of the road.
