- Course Info: This is a great race for folks of all skill and fitness levels from first time multi-sport racers to the elite. The run course is a 1.5 mile out and back scenic run, which is flat in the beginning and progresses into rolling hills. The 17 mile balloon shaped bike route has it all; flat straight sections, downhill cruises, rolling hills and a few lung busting climbs.

- Course Info: The entire triathlon course is within Richard Bong State Recreation Park. The swim takes place in Vern Wolf Lake, the bike leg consists of a triple loop on a closed course and the trail run takes you through woods and prairie on grass trails.

- Course Info: The swim will take place in Lake Neshonoc. Sprint Distance 17-mile bike course is comprised of rolling hills and one challenging uphill climb through the scenic hills and farmland of the 7 Rivers Region.The International distance is a very challenging 25-mile course for experienced riders comprising rolling hills and two climbs. An out and back course for both distances with the International distance athletes making two loops. The run course is a flat course on sidewalks, paved and gravel roads.

Turn left on Garland Street, one block, right on Mark St. to Hamlin St. Right on Leonard Street to Highway 16.Turn right on Highway 16 and Swarthout Park will be on the right side of Highway 16. - Course Info: Point to point swim in Lake Winnebago. Sprint bike course heads out of the park into quiet neighborhoods and re-enters park into a steep climb and leaves park again to country roads. Long bike is same course but includes breathless beauty of east side of Lake Winnebago. Run is through a very scenic park area.
- Directions From the South: (Madison/Milwaukee/Chicago) - Take Hwy 41 to Appleton, exist Hwy 441 to Hwy 10 or Oneida Street. South on Oneida to Hwy 10/114 east and turn left. Stay on Hwy 114 watch for the small park signs. Turn right at State Park Road, going south.
- Directions From the North: Take Hwy 41 south toward Appleton and follow directions above.
- Directions From the East: Take Hwy 43 to Hwy 10, go east to State Park Road and turn left going south.
- More: Each participant will receive a colorful high quality t-shirt, goody bag, swim cap and race number. Gu will be provided on the long bike and run course. Gatorade will be on both run courses. Waves go off in two minute intervals and based on a first-come, first in basis. Half ironman distance goes first. Awards for 1st-3rd place in age groups in every five-year increments. Overall prize for female and male, fastest split and top five relay teams will receive awards.

- Awards: Overall, Age-group, and a traveling Headhunter's Triathlon Club award ceremony will follow the race at the park where post-race food will be served.
- Course Info: The event will be chip-timed Race
- Swim: Both races will take place in a crystal clear quarry and wet suits will be allowed. The Olympic distance race will be two loops with the swimmers exiting the water, crossing over a timing mat, and re-entering the water between the two loops
- Bike: The sprint distance bike will be an out and back 11 mile race over hilly terrain. The Olympic distance bike will include two loops in a very hilly and challenging terrain. Much of the bike course will utilize portions of the Ironman Wisconsin course as well as the old USCF WI State Road Championship course.
- Run: The Sprint run will be one loop with an out and back section over a slightly rolling terrain. The Olympic distance 10K will be three loops over a slightly rolling terrain.

The bike will start in the park and follow local roads out into the country for a 10.5 mile loop finishing in the park. The 1 mile run will stay completely in the park. Transition area is the same for all events.

- Course Info: The swim course is in the St. Croix River in a calm water area with little or no current. The bike course is an out and back course in rural WI. The run course is an out into North Hudson and then back.
- Directions To Race: Take 94 East from St. Paul to Exit 1 in WI or Hwy 35 North into downtown Hudson. Go into downtown and turn left on Walnut street and the park is one block in front of you.
