Triathlon: Swim ½ mile, Bike 12.4 miles, Run 3.1 miles
Duathlon: Run 3.1 miles, Bike 12.4 miles, Run 3.1 miles
Start Time: 7am
Location: The Summit Fitness Center - 205 Sunnyview Lane
Course Info: Beautiful and scenic course with hills on paved streets. Swim portion is done in an indoor swimming pool - This is a fun event that some have described as a “Beginners Triathlon”. This Triathlon consists of a ½ mile swim in the indoor pool followed by a 20 Kilometer bicycle ride on beautiful rolling hills, followed by a 5 kilometer run on the streets surrounding The Summit. The Duathlon is a new addition to the days events. The Duathlon consists of a 5K run, 20K bike, 5K run. Triathlon is limited to 156 entries. Duathlon has no entry limit.

Directions To Race: From West Yellowstone 3.5 Miles North on Hwy. 191/287, then 5.5 miles NW on Forest Service Road # 291. On the South Shore of the Madison Arm of Hebgen Lake

Swim 800 meters, Bike 10 miles, Run 3.1 miles
Start Time: 06:30
Location: Lake Elmo State Park, Billings, MT
Price: $30 by 12 July, $50 13-16 July
Course Info: 800m swim in small lake (2 x 400m laps with 100m beach run between laps). Water temperature typically in the high 60's F to low 70's F. The 16K bike course is through a suburban area with one long gadual climb. The out-and-back 5K is run on dirt trails, beach sand, gravel, & pavement.
