- Course Info: The duathlon will start and finish at the Opelousas General Hospital. It will consist of a 2 mile run through Indian Hills subdivision, 16 mile bike (2 loops on the service road of I-49) and finish the with the same 2 mile run.
- Directions To Race: From I-10 go north to Opelousas. Exit onto Hwy. 190 East (Baton Rouge exit) and drive about 1/2 mile to the small overpass. Travel ove the overpass and take an immediate right to circle under Hwy. 190. Then take first left. Race site (Opelousas General Hospital) is about 1.5 miles on the right.

- Course Info: The CajunMan Triathlon begins at Airport Lake with a 1/2 mile swim. Competitors then race down scenic Bayou Tortue Road for a 20 mile bike. The bike course consists of a mostly flat route with some rolling hills and challenging turns. Leaving the bike/run transition, competitors will complete the triathlon with a flat 3.1 mile run on the airport grounds. The swim course is 800 meters and is a point-to-point swim. The swim start is adjacent to the transition area. You will start at this location swim counter clock-wise and exit the water as we have done in the past (on the barge). We have also increased the time between wave starts. This should allow for a much safer and less congested swim.
- Directions To Race: The race will be held in Lafayette, Louisiana at beautiful and clean Airport Lake (home of the 1995 and 1997 NCAA Water Ski Champions – ULL Ragin’ Cajuns). The race site is located off Hwy. 90 South (S.E. Evangeline Thruway) directly behind the Cypress Tree Inn, adjacent to the Lafayette Regional Airport. - PLEASE PARK ALL VEHICLES IN THE DESIGNATED AREAS AT THE CYPRESS TREE INN AND WALK TO THE RACE SITE. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
- More: For the Fourth straight year The CajunMan Triathlon has been designated as the Louisiana State Triathlon Championship Race. The first male and female participants from Louisiana who finish the race will be crowned State Champions for 2004. The First Louisiana Masters Finisher (40+, male and female) will be crowned Masters State Champion as well.

Meat Pie Tri begins with a very spectator friendly 1/2 mile swim in Cane River Lake. Then out of T1 up a short steep incline onto Front Street for a 20 mile out and back ride through NSU's campus and over some light rolling terrain. Rack your bike and head out of T2 up the steps of the Riverbank out for a 5K under the beautiful canopy of oaks along the lake. See you at the Finish Line.
