- Location: 11200 Brady Street (2 blocks west off U.S. 67 [Brady St] ½ mile north of I-80
- Course Info: Both runs are flat, inside an industrial park closed to traffic. Bike is loop course going into Eldridge and back. bike course is fairly flat with one rolling section. Road surface is mostly excellent with some good sections. Winds are likely to be a factor in May.

- Course Info: The run legs are or the flood control levee on the banks of the Missouri river. The bike leg is through the trails on the Missouri river shore. Expect deep sand and mud on the bike. A mountain bike is required.

5th Annual Timber City Adventure Race (Triathlon)
- Canoe 8 mile, Bike 14 miles, Run 3.1 miles
- Start Time: 7:30 a.m. (register at 7 a.m.)
- Location: Canton, Iowa - Maquoketa River
- Course Info: 6:15 drop off gear at exchanges. Registration 7:00 at Canton and starting times assigned. Race starts at 7:30 a.m. at Canton (8-mile canoeing), 14 miles of biking, ends with 5K run to Decker Hotel in Maquoketa. (Recreation canoe begins 8:00) 11:30 post race celebration; 12:30 Awards Ceremony and free refreshments.
- Directions To Race: From Hwy 61 north of Maquoketa, take Y31 northwest (Caves Road)12 miles, to Canton.
- More: Showers available at Swimming pool; bring own towels. Water available at exchanges, with safety volunteers throughout course. Must provide own equipment (bike, helmets, paddles, etc.) If canoe rental required, send extra $25 ASAP. Canoes 18' or less and weigh 50+ lbs, no double-bladed paddles; bikes must cost less than $800

Crossroads Triathlon
- Swim 500 meters, Bike 15 miles, Run 3.1 miles
- Start Time: 7:30am
- Location: Lake Killdeer
- Course Info: The course is an out-and-back triangle swim from Lake Killdeer Jetty. Boats and safety personnel will be on the lake at all times. Wetsuits will be allowed, as per USA Triathlon rules. Our challenging 15 mile bike course takes you through lightly traveled rolling roads. The 5K (3.1 mile) run is flat and fast. It will leave from the Dewitt High School and skirt the outer residential area of Dewitt.
- Directions To Race: Dewitt is at the crossroads of highway 61 and highway 30. Most will take 61 north from Interstate 80. The race is 20 miles north of the Quad Cities and 15 miles west of Clinton IA

- Course Info: The course is almost entirely on the Wabash Trace, a scenic nature trail through the Iowa countryside. The run legs are out (first run) and back (second run). The bike is an out and back course down the trace from the transition zone. ~ This race requires a mountain bike or hybrid bike. Road bikes are not recommended.
