- Course Info: The OUC Downtown Orlando Triathlon is an inaugural race through the heart of beautiful Downtown Orlando. This exciting format will offer both an Age Group Race and a significant Team Relay component where the weekend warrior and recreational cyclist, runner and swimmer can form teams to participate together in this multi-sport race. The event plan calls for the swim to take place at Lake Underhill, with the bike and run portions weaving through the beautiful neighborhoods of Downtown Orlando and finishing at Wall Street Plaza.

- Course Info: The swim goes north to south in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Scenic flat bike route tours through the island and the villages. Great beach run along the ocean. Post race party and awards ceremony with fruit, munchies, drinks, prizes and music! Medals 5 deep in 14 age categories, as well as Clydesdale and Athena divisions. This race is the major fundraiser for the Sarasota Sharks Swim Team. We appreciate your support!

Proceed East until you cross US1/Biscayne Blvd. Watch for signs as the park will be on your right hand side. The State Park charges $3.50 per car load.

- Course Info: This REVERSE triathlon features a 3.3 mile closed course run, followed by an 11 mile bike with no road crossings and an entire land closed to traffic, then finishing with an 800 foot swim through the newest waterpark in South Florida's lazy river. The water is chlorinated and only 3 feet deep, perfect for novice swimmers.

- Course Info: The event will take place at the Larry and Penny Thompson Park. The park has a crystal clear lake,and a HUGE beach area for easy entry and exit. The roads surrounding the park have almost no traffic, so the bike course will be flat, fast, and peaceful. We are saving the best for last though, as we are in the run will go through Metro Zoo! Larry and Penny Thompson Park is seperated from Metro Zoo by only a moat and a fence, and there is a gate for us to go through.

For those who are Non-Miami Dade County residents, Race Day Packet Pick Up will be available at Oleta Park (Race Site) from 6:15 AM to 7:00 AM. The Miami Aquathlon Race 2 starts promptly at 7:30 AM.

- Adventure Race -. Two-person teams and three-person teams
- Location: Hanna Park, Atlantic Beach, FL
- Course Info: The BEAR takes place in and around Hanna Park, Atlantic Beach, Florida -- A great multisport adventure and a great celebration of achievement. Two-person and three-person teams compete together to complete each segment of the course, crossing the finish line as a team. The order and distance of each leg is not revealed until the race itself and mystery tests are just that -- mysteries until teams reach them. The BEAR is a test of teamwork, camaraderie, clear thinking, willpower, and determination under pressure -- open to everyone: accomplished athletes, those serious about their fitness, and even weekend warriors. There are no pre-qualifications. Athletes of all experience and fitness levels are encouraged to participate.
