(From the dutrievents.com web site - As you probably know, Belle Isle and Warren Park took a direct hit from Huricane Charley. We originally resceduled the August 22nd event back one week to the 29th. While clean up efforts will be far enough along to allow the event on the 29th, we were just informed that Lake Conway has been closed for at least one week (through the 29th). Rather than change to a Duathlon, we have decided to move the event to the next open date which is Sunday, October 17, 2004. We apologize for any inconvience but these things are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to a great event. )
