Course Info: Ages 7-10 participate in a 50 yd swim, 1.5 mile bike and ½ mile run. Ages 11-14 compete in slightly longer distances of 100 yd swim, 2.5 mile mile and ¾ mile run. The course is well monitored and is closed off to vehicle traffic.
