- Course Info: You'll begin your race following a half-mile triangular swim course in Lake Berryessa at the Putah Creek Resort. With water temperatures in Lake Berryessa hovering in the low 70s, the decision to wear a wetsuit is up to you -- they're not required. Next, jump on your bike for an out-and-back 15-mile spin along the rolling hills surrounding Lake Berryessa. The course heads north of the Putah Creek Resort. Find your running legs as you head out onto Knoxville/Berryessa Road for the out-and-back 4-mile course over rolling terrain.

- Course Info: The event starts with a cool, refreshing ocean swim (wetsuits are recommended). This is followed by a 9-mile bike course that takes racers down Hermosa Ave towards Redondo Beach and curves back to Hermosa. There will be lots of volunteers and it is always very well marked. The run is out-and-back courses with scenic ocean views, on paved roads.

- Course Info: Each Muddy Buddy Ride & Run features a 6-7 mile course with 6 obstacles. At the start of the race, one team member will run and one will ride the bike. At the first obstacle, the rider will drop the bike, complete the obstacle, and begin running. The runner will arrive and complete the obstacle, then find their bike and begin riding. Teams will continue trading off and "leapfrogging" each other throughout the entire course. At the end of the race, racers will find the infamous Mud Pit, and after conquering the slimy pit, will cross the finish line together!
