- Course Info: This is a great race for folks of all skill and fitness levels from first time multi-sport racers to the elite. The run course is a 1.5 mile out and back scenic run, which is flat in the beginning and progresses into rolling hills. The 17 mile balloon shaped bike route has it all; flat straight sections, downhill cruises, rolling hills and a few lung busting climbs.

Ice Age Trail/Whitewater Biathlon
- Run 3.1 miles, Bike 13 miles
- Location: UW-Whitewater Williams Center

- Course Info: Starts with a 5K run on scenic nature trail (trail is used regularly by the Whitewater High School and College Cross Country Teams; trail is not flat) , followed by a 21K bike ride on rural Whitewater roads (roads are flat and not heavily traveled).
