- Course Info: On May 6th, American Sports Events will host a clinic at the Bristol, Rhode Island Community Center, starting at 6:30PM. All are encouraged
to attend; there is no fee for this event. The goal of the clinic is to provide useful overview information to those interested in the triathlon and the Try the Tri! Series, specifically.

We are excited to offer participation from leaders in the local triathlon community, including founders of the local triathlon club, Amy Rice of
Wakefield, Rhode Island, who placed sixth in last year's World Championships and members of Caster's Bicycle and Fitness in Warwick,
who will discuss and demonstrate the importance of fitting the bike to the participant.
Our agenda is being finalized and will include the following agenda:

- The Importance of Bike Fit
- Training for the Run
- Transition Strategy
- Product Raffle

- Course Info: The roads are flat, fast and safe

- Course Info: The swim is in a warm clean harbor, (wet suits allowed but are not necessary). The bike
course exits the harbor area and is on closed paved road. The run is on an
out and back course along the start of the bike route. These events are
non-competitive and split times are not recorded. However, the final series
event (Try for Real) in September will provide accurate timing for all
segments of the race, including transition times. The goal is to provide an
experience that is instructive and motivational.

providing a platform for the seasoned triathlete. Events will be presented at Colt State Park in historic Bristol, RI. The entire western border of the
park is an open panorama onto Narragansett Bay.
