Course Info: Swim in Innsbrook's private Lake Aspen, Bike across scenic mid-Missouri and run on a closed course through Innsbrook's beautiful Audubon Sanctuary
Directions From St. Louis: Take Highway 70 West to the first Wright City exit (Exit 200), and travel south for five miles on Highway F. Drive time from St. Louis Int’l Airport: ~40 minutes
Directions From Kansas City: take Highway 70 east to the first Wright City exit (Exit 199); turn right at the top of the exit; then left on South Outer Road. Make a right at the stop sign, then a right onto Highway F. Continue south on Highway F for five miles. Drive time from Kansas City Int’l Airport: ~ 3 1/2 hours

Course Info: The 5K run is an out and back on the Frisco Highline Trail. The bike will begin at Cotner's Corner and go N. on hwy. 123 to the caution
light in Walnut Grove, MO, and then turn east on hwy. BB to Bolton's Gen. Store, then turn south on hwy. ZZ to Farm Rd. 68 (just before entering the

Directions To Race: From I-44 in Springfield, MO, take hwy 160 west to hwy 123, which is 3 miles west of Willard, MO. The race start is 1/8 mile east
of Cotner's Corner/Wimpy's Restaurant.

Course Info: The triathlon will consist of a 300-yard serpentine swim at Alligator's Creek Civic pool. The bike course will be an 18-mile ride. A 5k run will be on the city streets of O'Fallon. Helmets Required.
Directions To Race: HWY 70 to HWY K and M. Take M to Civic Park Dr make a left on Civic Park Dr. Alligator's creek is on your right about a quarter mile down Civic Park Dr.
Short: Swim 0.3 miles, Bike 10.5 miles, Run 3 miles
Start Time: Long course will start at 7:00am and the short course will start at 8:00am. Please check in at the registration table by 6:00am if participating in the long Course, and by 6:30am if participating in the short course.
(Please register as early as possible, as last year's event was at maximum capacity and registrations were turned away. No refunds will be given. The entry fee is not transferable between participants, nor can you trasfer an entry fee from another event to this triathlon)
Course Info: One lap lake swim/Bike is moderately hilly with pristine road conditions, high visibility and aid stations ~every 7 miles/Run is mainly loop format with rolling hills

to US 54 Exit 148. Turn left onto US 54W and follow (~76 miles) to Osage Beach. Follow 54 through Osage Beach, then take a right onto State Road KK (a large Tan-Tar-A sign sits left of the 54/KK
intersection). Take KK (~2 miles) to the resort. Driving time approximately 3 hours (from the airport).

onto LP Cookingham DR/MO D. Merge onto US-71 toward Kansas City (~18 miles). Merge onto I-70 E. Take I-70 (~126.31 miles) to exit 128A toward US-63. Turn right onto N US-63 and merge onto US-63S. Take
US-63S (~28 miles) to US-54W. Take US 54W (~48 miles) to Osage Beach. Follow 54 through Osage Beach, then take a right onto State Road KK (a large Tan-Tar-A sign sits left of the 54/KK intersection). Take KK (~2
miles) to the resort. Driving time approximately 4 hours (from the airport).
Long Course:36 hour cut off, Mountain Bike 35-45 Miles, Trekking 25-35 Miles, Canoe 12-20 Miles - Teams: Premier Category Coed Teams of 4/max 35 teams; 2 Person Open/max 15 teams; *Solo (must submit resume)/max 12
Short Course:10 hour cut off, MTB 20-25 Miles, Trekking 7-10 Miles, Canoe 3-6 Miles - Teams: of 2 (any combination)/max 35 teams
