YMCA Spring Aquathon
- Aquathon
- Location: Spotsylvania YMCA 5700 Smith Station Rd Fredericksburg, VA 22407
- Course Info: The swim is run as a snake swim in a 25yd pool. You swim down and back in one lane then go under the lane line to swim the next 50 in the next lane and so on until there are no more lanes to swim. The transition area is out the pool door and on the grass. The run is on a cross country course. The kids event is FREE and only a small portion of the course - 50-100yd swim (assistance is allowed in the pool) and a 1/4 mile run. All kids receive a medal across the finish line.

- 250yd swim/5k run - 19 & under;
- 500yd swim/ 2.5 k run - 19 & under;
- 250yd swim/ 2.5k run - 12 & under;
- Kids event - non competitive, all kids get a medal event for 8 & under (assistance in the pool is allowed)

- Course Info: The HHHunt Power Sprint Triathlon is located at the Shady Grove YMCA and consists of a 300 meter pool swim, 20k bike and 5k run. The race takes place at and around the Shady Grove YMCA and Fitness Center in Glen Allen, Virginia (Richmond).

- Slightly challenging bike course with rolling hills but no major climbs. Race on low-traffic, rural roads in beautiful Albemarle County, VA
- Run is mostly on well maintained single-track trail inside Walnut Creek Park.
- More: The C'ville Sprint Triathlon is in its 6th year and offers an extremely picturesque setting for the competitors and spectators.

- From Charlottesville, take 29 South approximately 6 miles (from the intersection of I-64) to Route 708 (Red Hill Road). Turn left and go approximately 3 miles to Route 631 (Old Lynchburg Road). Turn right, and proceed 0.5 miles to the entrance of Walnut Creek Park. Turn left into Park.
- From Lynchburg, take 29 North to Route 692 (Plank Road). Note the Crossroads Corner Shops. Turn right and continue on Plank Road (it turns into Route 712). Go approximately 4.5 miles to Route 631 (Old Lynchburg Road). Turn left, and proceed 2.6 miles to the entrance of Walnut Creek Park. Turn right into Park.
- From either Staunton (I-81) or Richmond (I-95), Take I-64 to Exit 118-A for 29 South (Lynchburg) and continue with the directions from Charlottesville.

- From Lynchburg, take 29 North to Route 692 (Plank Road). Note the Crossroads Corner Shops. Turn right and continue on Plank Road (it turns into Route 712). Go approximately 4.5 miles to Route 631 (Old Lynchburg Road). Turn left, and proceed 2.6 miles to the entrance of Walnut Creek Park. Turn right into Park.
