- Location: Boulder Beach at Lake Mead National Recreation Area
- International Course Info: Some climbs on the bike and the run is a partial trail run.
- Sprint Course Info: Course is relatively flat with minimal climbs on the bike. Run is on packed dirt roads.

- Location: Boulder Beach at Lake Mead National Recreation Area
- Course Info: Average temp is usually low to mid 80’s this time of year with an average water temp of mid to high 70’s
- Swim is in one of the largest man made lakes.
- Bike course will take you through the scenic Lake Mead National Rec area, out on the HWY,through the River Mountain Trail Loop and into the historic town of Boulder City.

- Directions: There may be a toll chared at the entry of the park, so please bring an extra $5.00 per car entering the park. That pass will be valid for 5 days.
- From Utah: Take I-15 South into Las Vegas and connect to 93 South, leading to Boulder City.Then follow the directions above.
- From Arizona: Take 93 North over Boulder Dam, then turn right onto the Lake Mead exit, after the Hacienda Hotel.
- From California: Take I-15 North connecting to 93 South into Boulder City. Then follow the above directions from Las Vegas.

There is no better time to race in Las Vegas than October; temperature is usually low to mid 80’s. It is absolutely gorgeous here!

- Full Distance ::: Swim 2.4 miles, Bike 112 miles, Run 26.2 miles
- Half Distance ::: Swim 1.2 miles, Bike 56 miles, Run 13.1 miles

- Course Info: The course is challenging with rolling hills on the bike and run. The swim is the only flat section. The bike consist of 9700 ft of climbing but the scenery is to die for. Possibly the toughest course in the world. Temperature this time of the year averages 70-80 and the water temp is 68-74 degrees.
- More: This is Vegas Baby! Where else will you be able to bring your family to have fun while you are completing the toughest course in the world. We are loaded with accomdations and things to keep the family and kids busy occupied.
