- Course Info: The Wildman consists of a 10-K run in the picturesque town of Shelburne, a 22.3 mile bicycle trek through Gorham towards a 3-mile hill climb up the Polecat ski trail to the finish line at the summit of Wildcat MT. in Pinkham Notch, NH
- More: The Wildman Biathlon is a three-part event for teams and individuals. Now in its 19th year, the Wildman is New England’s toughest single day, multi-sport event, challenging individuals and 2 or 3 person teams who enjoy a variety of terrain and scenery. T-shirts are offered to all participants with trophies awarded to overall and category winners along with numerous prizes given away through random drawing. - Directions: From Interstate 91
- Take Exit 13 from Interstate 91 in Norwich, Vt., and head east on Vt. Route 10A toward the Connecticut River and New Hampshire. Cross the river into New Hampshire, where the road becomes Wheelock Street, and head to the center of town. At the Hanover Inn opposite the Dartmouth Green, keep going straight until you hit Route 120 at a traffic light. Turn left (north) at the light onto Route 120.
- At the next light, turn right (north) onto Route 10. Continue for 1 mile, until you come to Reservoir Road (Mobil gas station on the corner). Turn right (east) onto Reservoir Road and proceed 1 mile to the campground.

- Event Info: First held in 2002 to support the town’s Spirit Skateboard Park, the Contoocook Carry offers local athletes and families a chance to have fun, while raising money to support our community. Join us this year as we raise money for those in need of food, fuel, shelter, medicine and counseling (through Human Services), contribute to recreation scholarships for children, the High School’s Interact (service) Club and our Fire and Police departments.

- Flat 2 mile run from the high school to the Contoocook River Bank.
- 5 mile paddle down the river (with a 100 meter portage).
- Fairly challenging 14 mile bike ride ending at the high school.
