- The swim is a 1/4 mile basicly straight swim in Lake Habeeb.(temp 70-72).
- Bike course is 8 miles on paved roads. the course is out and back with rolling hills.
- The run is 3.1 miles inside the park on paved surfaces.
- Two kids triathlons: under 10 short course and 10 to 15 yrs. medium course.

- The race draws approx. 250-300 athletes every year.

- This race course consists of a two lap swim in warm clear waters of a mountain lake. In mid-July, the water temperature averages 75 degrees.
- The two lap mountain biking course skirts the lake on twisty single-track trails before heading up the famed Evitt's Revenge. Racer then head back to the transition area through a mix of open grassy fields and lakeside single-track.
- The run has rooty trails, smooth open flats, and one big climb. All in all, the course is super fun and sure to challenge and excite both the Newbies and Seasoned Vets alike!

- The swim will be in the beautiful North East River with water temperatures warm but wet suits should be allowed.
- This challenging bike course will be a nice combination of flat and rolling hills. The course is very scenic and the roads are in good condition. The course starts with an out and back along Rt. 272. As athletes come back near town they will turn onto Irishtown Rd. and then Old Elk Neck Rd. both of which border Elk Neck State Forest and wind through the beautiful countryside. You will then turn onto Rt. 7 and through town before returning to the transition area.

- Course Info: ChesapeakeMan
- Swim: The 2.4 mile swim is a unique point to point course in the brackish Choptank River, well-marked by bright orange buoys and starting from Infinity Beach, Hyatt Regency Resort. There will be motorized craft, kayak support and a dive teams to assist. The water temp in October can range from 68-73°F. Wetsuits are allowed and encouraged. You may "practice" swim at your leasure and at your own risk prior to the race date.
- Bike: The route will be 112 miles consisting of 2 loops, mostly through the scenic, flat and windy terrain of The Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge and utilizing parts of the EagleMan bike loop. The bike will start from Great Marsh Park and end at the Cambridge South Dorchester HS across town. The roads are flat and well paved. There will be aid stations along the way with water and Gatorade. There will be professional motorcycle support with USAT Officials, and sag vehicle support from Tri-Speed.
- Run:The newly designed run is a flat out and back will consist of 3 loops along rural, unshaded roads ( Egypt Road), the last loop leading into a 3/4 lap around the High School Track to the finish line. Aid station offerings in addition to Spring Water andGatorade: Clif Shot Gel/Bars and Bananas, cookies and hot soup. Sorry NO radios, cell phones or IPODs

- Course Info: The Coastal Bays Program’s largest annual fundraiser, the sprint distance triathlon includes a half-mile swim in Chincoteague Bay, a 15.2-mile bike course and a 3.1-mile run on the roads surrounding the area. The course meanders through the bucolic countryside of southern Worcester County across from Assateague Island. Proceeds from entrance fees and sponsorships raise money for the Coastal Bays Foundation.

- Follow US Route 50 (The "Ocean Gateway") east across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge (toll) to Salisbury. Exit onto US Route 13and 50 BYPASS. Stay on US Route 13 BYPASS south. Exit south to Maryland Route 12 and go approximately 15 miles to the town of Snow Hill. (You will pass the Nutters Cross Golf Course and Community.)
