9. Okoboji Triathlon
Date: July 17
Distances: Triathlon: 0.6 mile swim, bicycle 18 miles, and run 5.5 miles
Location: Marathon and Triathlon will start at Pike's Point State Park  - Okoboji, Iowa
                 Half Marathon will start at the Back Porch Steak House on Highway 86, by entrance to Miller's Bay
                10K Run will start at Methodist Camp Grounds
                All events end at the State Pier on the waterfront at Arnold's Park.

10. Lake Pahoja Mini-triathlon
Date: Saturday, July 31, 2004
Time: 8:00 AM Start Time
Cost: $25 pre-register, $30 day of event
Location: Lake Pahoja: 4 miles south and 2 miles west of Larchwood, IA.
Distances: Swim 1/2 mile, bike 17 miles, 3.5 miles
